Content Release

As a Team Insound member, I will be submitting materials to Insound, LLC in connection with activities, such as photographs, my own artwork and other materials that I create ("My Content"), which Insound, LLC. I hereby irrevocably grant to Insound, LLC a free, unlimited license to distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works or otherwise use in any manner or media for any purpose (collectively, "Use") My Content. I understand that My Content may be distributed by any means, though Insound, LLC shall have any obligation to Use the Content. I acknowledge that Insound, LLC's Use of the Content does not give me any rights to use the intellectual property of Insound, LLC.. My Content will be created by me. To the best of my knowledge, neither My Content nor any Use of My Content by Insound, LLC will violate or infringe upon the rights of any third parties. I agree that any intellectual property rights that may exist in My Content shall be owned by Insound, LLC , as agent for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. I hereby grant Insound, LLC the royalty-free right to use my first name, the initial of my last name, and the city where I live in connection with My Content. I hereby release and discharge Insound, LLC , and its affiliates, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and Insound, LLC and their respective parents, affiliates, employees and agents from and against any claims that I may have arising out of the use of My Content by Insound, LLC.. Any disputes arising out of or related to My Content or these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.
